Endpoint: POST /cbs/pull-mobile

• Objective

  Expose a pull-mobile service for NPCI/issuer partners to fetch recently updated mobile numbers from the bank’s CBS in a secure, incremental, paginated fashion.

  This supports UPI 2.0 use‑cases like profile refresh, alias resolution, and eligibility checks while minimizing data movement and ensuring traceability.

  • Consumer: NPCI or Authorized TSP/Fintech
  • Data Objects: Mobile numbers with internal incremental cursoring via last_modified_timestamp and last_id
